Ingredients

1 potato
Cooked chicken
2 spears of asparagus
1 fresh tomato

Method

  1. Nuke the spud until tender.

  2. Chop up some cooked chook.

  3. Get a spear or two of asparagus.

  4. Roughly chop the tomato.

  5. Split the spud open and fill with the stuff. Add a dash of mayonnaise or chilli sauce if you’re trying to impress.

Recommended Varieties

You can use any variety of potato for this recipe, however, the following potatoes tend to work better:
